Godley Beach Park, Christchurch, New Zealand

After arriving in Christchurch on Wednesday I just wanted to get outside and moving (after sleeping for nearly 14 hours to fight back the jetlag that was creeping up on me). I am not completely sure how, but I did not have any problems with jetlag yet, besides being super tired around 10 pm, but that's no difference to germany.

On Thursday morning we made plans to travel to Robin Hood bay, but got stuck at Godley Beach Park just simply for it's views.

After driving up a quite small road with a quite big car for a good 40 minutes we arrived on a crossroad with amazing views, so obviously we took a break and enjoyed the view while having a little picknick.

Arriving at the end of the road we were left with an breathtaking amazing view.

We decided to walk the trail that leads to the very tip of Godley Beach Park and found some friends on our way. First I was a little scared that one of the sheep would attack us but it turnes out sheeps are friendly.

The peak of the cliff was amazing, you could just let your gaze wander for miles and miles, the only thing that was missing was a glass cold water since it was pretty hot.

Did I mention that you could look all over christchurch? Sadly it was a bit humid and incredibly windy so the air was not really clear, but that didn't matter one bit.

And that's it for this adventure, there are many more to follow! Make sure to leave any questions in the comment box below and follow me on my social media for more Pictures, you can find the links in the top bar!

Have an amazing week/weekend!
